This article relied on movable falsework used in PC continuous beam:bridge in Pizhou, analyzed the technology of cantilever casting construction with movable falsework for continuous beam bridge. The technology of cantilever casting construction with movable falsework which used in continuous beam bridge was built on the investigation of this technology used in continuous beam bridges for roads use or railways use home and abroad. The advantages of this technology are obvious.It can take full advantage of existing standard equipment. It could cut down the one-time investment, at the same time, it simplified the steps of cantilever casting construction operations. Cantilever casting construction technology now uses movable falsework instead of hanging bar, simplify the falsework use in the construction of0#block, substantially reduct the amount of bracket usage in the casting in-place beams with supports and to avoid structure crackings, make the structure safe and reliable.The objectives of the project to be achieved are:1、 Shorten the length of cast in-place brackets of0#block, to the possible shortest, reducing the usage of0#block construction bracket.2、cancel the use of auxiliary equipment,such as fixed brackets of the straight segments of bridge side span and temporary columns, thus saving a large amount of equipment.3、0#block and the construction of straight segments of bridge is not limited by the landscape near the construction site, making construction safer and more economical;4、use existing standard equipment, reducing the use of steel, thus cutting down the one-time investment.Research is mainly reflected in:1,0#piece cast bracket usage less part of the project to achieve non-bracket construction;2, edge, straight towards a cast construction;3, the structure is simple, clear, hanging baskets and small deformation, and easy to control;4, structure, safe, reliable, and secure throughout the construction process;5, using both a standard equipment as far as possible, reduce the one-time investment;6, when a t-shape rigid frame construction up to the next when a t-shape rigid frame, stand directly in place, avoiding brackets and then assembled; Move to the next segment7, hanging baskets in place fast.
