Hanging basket cantilever construction is one of the modern prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction commonly used technology,its security,the effective control of quality,cost and time limit for a project,is the continuous girder bridge such as 0 block bracket design and calculation,temporary consolidation pier beam design and calculation method,the hanging basket,tension of prestressed steel beam and girder construction linear and stress monitoring and so on key construction techniques detailed research and field of good control.Based on the research background of the main bridge construction of yulong bridge,some key control technologies of the bridge are studied,including:(1)in the study of linear control,Midas/Civil finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the whole bridge construction process,which provided theoretical numerical basis for the linear control of the bridge.(2)the key link of continuous beam bridge construction is to ensure the safety of bridge construction and to meet the design requirements.therefore,in this paper,based on the actual case,bridge construction of continuous girder bridge construction important technology are introduced,the key process of cantilever construction is mainly studied,on the top of the bridge piers casting starting blocks 0 #,in the process of start and poured subsection girder beams in the selection of hanging basket and is checked,the final closure for the main girder,etc are discussed in detailed analysis.Paper based on the actual project as the background,and strive to achieve to provide some references for the construction of practical bridge and reference for the purpose,from different angles of continuous girder bridge construction key technologies are discussed.Through comparison and analysis to the actual measured data,shows that the simulation calculation of yulong super-large main bridge structure is correct and reasonable,and in the construction process and into linear all meet the design requirements,after the bridge construction of the bridge and linear control to achieve the expected goal.
