China is a developing country,and has large population,so per capita energy resources is relatively short. It is imperative to implement building energy conservation,for achieving the sustainable development of national economy. Building energy conservation mainly reflected in the following several stages:design review, construction supervision and completion inspection, and the site inspection of building energy conservation is the main content of the final acceptance. So far, because of many objective reasons,the existing building energy saving detection methods cannot meet the requirements, although having the supportion of existing relevant policies and regulations. In this paper, we study thermal resistance on-site inspection of building wall,which is the main contents of construction energy conservation.The existing detection methods of building wall thermal resistance have different characteristics, but also have their own limitations. In this paper,we synthetically consider of the advantages and disadvantages of heat flow meter method and plane power heat source method, put forward a new method of in-situ test wall thermal resistance:local heat source-heat flow meter method. The Site inspection of wall thermal resistance have two major problems:Unsteady heat transfer and three-dimensional heat transfer. In this paper use the FLUENT software to Set up five different local heating area of the wall heat transfer model which need the accuracy verification by the experiment. So we use the FLUENT software to give three-dimensional transient simulation under different temperature to five kinds of heat transfer model in the condition of the external environment stable. Through the temperature with time data graph of software simulation, theoretical analysis the heating time of reaching steady state heat transfer.And give the error analysis of three-dimensional steady-state simulation thermal flow and the ideal one dimensional steady state heat conduction heat flow calculation of two side points on the wall, get heat area size and temperature difference,which meet the one-dimensional heat transfer.And get the correction coefficient of three-dimensional steady state simulation of heat conduction thermal resistance compared with the one dimensional steady state heat conduction thermal resistance.Then give the validation of the accuracy of results by experiments. At last we should give the istructions of the applicability of test model and conclusion for in-situ measurement.
