Drying up of energy sources is a big problem to the human as the global economy developing and population increasing. Compare with coal oil and natural gas, reproducible energy has a characteristic of infinitude. Thereby people pay more and more attention to the developing and using of reproducible energy, especially the wind power has become the most foreground new type energy, the development speed is fastest of the reproducible energy all the world in this decade. Nevertheless, as the wind power developed, the wind energy source overland is limited while it has destroyed natural landscape and noise pollution and so on, the offshore wind power becomes trends of wind power development because it is abundan and high grade, the quantity of offshore windpower generator has substantially increased when double-fed generator is still the main stream. In conclusion, the research of offshore wind power is the most important work of our wind power generator study.The CNR project about1.5MW offshore air cooling double-fed wind power generator providing the backdrop for this thesis, the thesis analyses the risk of the generator using on the sea, it drafts technical proposal to preventing salt atmosphere, fungus and muggy. At the same time, the paper supplys the scheme to upgrade the air cooling doubly-fed wind generator ventilation heat dissipation capacity, concrete is carried out in the following major work:Firstly, the thesis introduces the background and significance, it introduces the general requirement of this project in the background of composing of induction generator system and working principle.Secondly, the thesis analyses the characteristics of the specific environment, In accordance with international standards related to, it delineates the project application environment level, combined with our previous installed offshore environment oilfield drilling motor operation experience, it classifys the generator parts in accordance with the material and structural characteristics, it drafts technical proposal to preventing salt atmosphere, fungus and muggy, and then we make models and entrust authority to make simulation test. This thesis analyses the reason of ability of the traditional radial ventilating structure generator ventilation cooling system, it puts forward to optimize the proposal. And the overall design to enhance reliability of generator.Finally, the thesis analyses the model test results, to optimize the scheme, we manufacture a generator as the final scheme,it key verificates the capacity of antimuggy and ventilation dissipation of the generator by type testing.
