Solar photovoltaic systems converts DC into AC power by the inverter. During the process of converter the harmonic wave will be produced, which will affect electricity power quality, damage equipment, cause economic losses. Therefore, the study of power quality problems for solar photovoltaic system is significance for promoting the application of solar photovoltaic power generation,The traditional test method of power quality is dependent on instrumentation, such as power quality analyzer, which is very convenient and reliable for data procurement and related analysis. But the power quality analyzer is the professional equipment, can not meet the needs of the data observation and analysis at any time.Aim at one photovoltaic (pv) grid power system, a power quality data analysis system in software way is built by use of Matlab GUI interface in this paper. This system mainly realizes the data display, time domain and frequency domain analysis, harmonic analysis, three-phase imbalance degree analysis, and other functions.The research work is supported by the science and technology project of Anhui province (1206c0805020)"key techniques research of enterprise self-provided power plant isolated grid operation ".
