Under the background of energy shortage and increasingly serious environmentalpollution, Micro-grid as the strong support of the Grid and effective supplement form, onthe one hand it can use the renewable resources effective and reduce the pollution to theenvironment; On the other hand, as an effective complement to the Grid, it not onlyeffective solve the different requirements of the users of power quality to meet userdemand for energy services, improving user satisfaction of the grid,but also can improvethe overall ability of disaster relief and post-disaster emergency power supply capacity.With the continuous development of the Micro-grid technology, distributedgeneration units contained in the micro-grid systems also tend to diversify. How toadministrate the various powers generated by the distributed power generation unit and toachieve the economic operation of the micro-grid system, become an important factoraffecting the development of micro-grid technology. Therefore, on the basis of securityand stable operation, to explore the Micro-grid energy management method and economicoperation policy become an important content in the research of Micro-grid technology.In this thesis, firstly we analysis of the social background of the research topic, andthe development status in various regions and around the world, on this basis, we guide tothe overall structure of Micro-grid system, control and protection technology andMicro-grid Energy Management System; Then, on the basis of these two parts, we set up aMicro-grid System including of model of Wind power, Photovoltaic power generation,Micro-turbines, Fuel cells and Battery energy storage device for distributed powergeneration unit, and take fully account of electricity price of large power grids in differenttimes and power purchase-sale of electricity and other factors, we propose energyscheduling policy under the optimal operation of the micro-grid system economy in bothof the network operation status and isolated operation state; Finally, according to theactual micro-grid example, we optimize the example by the combination of thesestrategies and particle swarm optimization, then we give the best combination unit for allseasons typical day and the transactions between the large grid and Micro-grid, we canverify the Micro-grid energy scheduling strategy proposed in this test and the feasibilityof optimization algorithm.
