Prestressed concrete pipe pile is a new form of foundation piles, it is a blend of modern prestressed,concrete technology and centrifugal into a tube technology, with high single pile bearing capacity, crack resistance and bending performance is good, quality is reliable, good durability, construction period is short, and many other advantages. In recent years, prestressed concrete pipe pile is more and more widely applied in all kinds of construction projects in our country, and obtained obvious economic benefits. However, due to the bearing mechanism of the prestressed concrete pipe pile is more complex, many factors that affect their work performance, we still lack of the study of the theory of the prestressed concrete pipe pile load transfer mechanism, and at the same time there is no systematic analysis of various factors on the bearing characteristics. Made in actual design and construction, theory support is still inadequate, the research is still in a state of half experience and half theory. If could, in theory, to further study its load-bearing characteristics, so for the future design and construction, ensure the reliability engineering, security is will have the very vital significance.This paper first introduces the development and application of the prestressed concrete pipe pile, and the research status at home and abroad made a brief elaboration. In summary and analysis of load transfer mechanism of the pile soil system on the basis of, combined with specific engineering example, using the finite difference method, the application of fast Lagrangian finite difference software FLAC-3D modeling program of prestressed concrete pipe pile in a reasonable manner,to simulate its working mechanism, analyze the relationship between bearing capacity and settlement of the research.Secondly to numerical simulation comparing with single pile static load test results, some conclusion; Combination in the construction process to the dynamic monitoring of the bearing capacity of prestressed concrete pipe pile, the bearing characteristics of single pile is analyzed, to determine single pile side resistance and end resistance of the relationship between; Through finite difference software, simulation analysis was carried out on the engineering of pile group, the further research in different pile length, pile diameter-wall thickness, different center distance of the prestressed concrete pipe pile under the factors such as settlement and the influence of the vertical bearing capacity, reasonable for actual engineering design and construction of pile type put forward some constructive opinions and Suggestions. Finally by numerical simulation of pile group, pile spacing influence on pile group as an example, the analysis and research on different pile spacing under the pile group effect, and draw the corresponding change law, which reveals the advantage of group pile foundation, so that the popularization and application in similar projects.
