| The traditional method of power supply for portable electrical equipment is realized via the direct electrical contact of the conductor (such as the wire and the contact between the plug and the socket). There is bare conductor and friction in this method of power supply. So it is easy to cause safety issue such as the contact spark, what’s worse. in some special occasions (such as inflammable and explosion occasions or underwater), it has a huge potential safety issue. And it caused environment pollution and electromagnetic pollution. In recent years, along with the human production and living of electricity demand increasing and the deepen of the human’s attention on the zoology, a new method of power supply, the contactless power supply emerges as the times require.Relying on its characteristics, such as high stability, high safety performance and friendly to the environment, it has broad application prospects on some special environment. such as the traffic, automation and portable equipment. With the development of modern industrial automation, material transmission system demands a higher standard. This paper based on the needs of electrified monorail system which is the main transmission equipment in automation warehouse. It expounded the principle, the advantage of the contactless power supply, and analyzed the feasibility that be used on the electrified monorail system.This paper proposed a contactless power supply plan which is applied on the EMS. It focused on the key techniques such as high frequency inverter and current transform technology, and aimed at the special structure requirement of the EMS. Not only it completed switching power supply, but also designed and built the primary side circuit and secondary pick-up circuit. Main control circuit using the chip TMS320F28335DSP and switch1GBT to realize, and the circuit of secondary side has double closed loop PI control, using step-down chopper circuit, for provided the load stable voltage. New uses of a new type of high frequency switch power supply materials, nanocrystalline, obtained the good effect. This paper has approved the contactless power supply can be used for the EMS effectively. It laid the foundation for the research on the contactless power supply. |
