Along with the increasing seriousness of environmental problem, the managing of air pollution is urgent, especially dealing with industrial dust. About the abatement of industrial dust, the traditional power frequency high voltage power supply has been unable to meet the requirements both on the efficiency and cost. Replacing the power frequency high voltage supply by intelligent high frequency and high voltage power supply is an inevitable trend in the field of dust removal. So, it is good significance of the research of high frequency and high voltage electrostatic dust removal power system.At first, the article explains the reason why we choose series-parallel (LCC) resonant as the resonant circuit topology mode. If we directly add high frequency PWM signal to the high frequency transformer, there is high voltage spike. It may damage IGBT. The resonant circuit has the ability of soft switch. If we add the distributed capacitance and the leakage inductance of high frequency transformer as part of the resonant circuit parameters, we can reduce the switching loss greatly. Compared with other resonance method, series-parallel resonant is chosen as the resonant circuit topology in this paper. We introduce the working principle of LCC resonant circuit in detail. Because of its complex working principle, it is not conducive to our further research. So we propose the equivalent circuit which is based on fundamental of equivalent and the calculation method of resonant parameters.Secondly, the core selection of high frequency transformer has great effect on the performance of power and parameter determination. So we choose the superfine crystalline materials as the high frequency transformer magnetic core selection whose prospect is promising. Also we give the method of designing high-frequency transformer.Furthermore, we introduce the hardware design and software algorithm of the power supply control system in detail. In hardware, we choose TMS320F28335as the core control circuit because of its high cost and performance. On this basis we design the PWM control circuit, protection circuit and current and voltage sampling circuit. In software, we mainly complete algorithm of PWM drive signal, PID closed-loop control algorithm and AD sampling module which realize the basic function.Finally, through the debugging of hardware and software, we get the actual work waveform and verify the characteristics of the soft switch.
