With the development of modern industry, modern ship integrated degree is more and more high, the system is more and more complicated, when fixed Ship systems equipment, the need for the system of pipes and pipe equipment for selection and optimization, many ship designers are still using the original hydraulic pipeline calculation method, this method has certain calculation error for hydraulic piping simple, for pipe network hydraulic complex calculation error greater even cannot be calculated. Design optimization of pipe network system not only needs good hydraulic calculation method, also need to rely on the comparison of several design schemes, calculation, abnormal condition simulation.This article with the aid of graph theory, which a modern mathematical tools, according to the Bernoulli equation and continuous equation, the suitable ship pipe network hydraulic calculation formula is deduced, and the ship pipe network hydraulic calculation of various types, calculation process is given. Section equation by using different methods, including solution method, the method of power network equation reconciliation node equation method, respectively for "3600m3LPG" ship fresh water tank water supply pipe network calculation solution, adopted by this paper is verified the rationality and correctness of pipe network hydraulic calculation formula of the ship. When solving network flow, this paper use hardy cross method, iteration to solve the problem well solved the network flow. By "3600m3LPG" ship prototype test, the boiler water supply conditions to verify the accuracy of ship pipe network hydraulic calculation method proposed in this paper.Is presented using the graph theory method, the change of the system of ship ballast water pipe network real time solving the mathematical model of steady flow field, the same applies to all ships pipe network system, the method to the design of the pipe network hydraulic calculation and the system of optimization has reference and guiding significance.
