Study On Application Of Confucian Culture In Theme Hotel Design

With the of the development of the society and continuous deepening of the experience of consumer, people puts forward the diversification demand of the hotel function, at the same time to the new requirements on the quality of the hotel culture environment, the themed hotel that regard the culture as the theme, the hotel as the carrier, the experience as the essence come into being. Throughout the development trend of the international theme hotel, the theme hotel as exotic,has injected new vitality in the increasingly fierce competition for China’s hotel industry Through a wide range of comprehensive consideration of cultural positioning, market positioning, theme hotel would creat the unique charm of the theme culture and rich cultural experience of consumers,but as a new form of hotel industry, part of our theme hotel has a series of problems,such as the theme positioning is not accurate, culture construction building tends to the representation, therefore the theme culture of selecting become the most important issue among the theme hotel design.The nation is the world, the Confucian culture as a representative of the traditional Chinese culture, keep pace with the times in the development of the times background, being attracted more and more attention, to carry forward the traditional culture and explore the cultural roots, that is applied in the design, has become a common aspiration of Chinese designers. In view of this, the author selected the thesis-the study of Application of the Confucian culture in theme hotel design, starting from the concept, the development the classification of theme hotel,cite classic documentation of home and board. then combined with the traditional Chinese architecture and the contemporary architecture art characterization that are under the influence of the Confucian culture on Yazheng, rituals and hierarchy.To explore the perfect combination of Confucian culture and theme hotel, pertinence with Queli Hotel at Qufu as a typical case analysis Based on combing the theoretical knowledge, finally, through the author’s own design work to expound and prove the application of Confucian culture in theme hotel design.
