Study On The Application Of Landscape Pavilion In Modern Residential Quarter

With the gradual deterioration of earthly environment, People are increasingly eager for getting close to the nature. The environmental landscape at the residential quarter directly influences the life quality of the residents, and integrates the landscape environment with residential housing organically to create a convenient, comfortable, safe, healthful and beautiful living environment, which is also the goal of the landscape designer. In the landscape design, small garden ornaments are rich in diversity, including the sculpture, door opening, ornamental perforated window, corridor and stand, garden-bridge, rockscape, pavilion, etc. among which the landscape pavilion turns to be the focus in the landscape design for it can not only provide a space for people to rest, but also highlight the style of the garden in the residential quarter. In this thesis, the application of landscape pavilion in the modern residential quarter was discussed on the basis of the status survey and conclusion of the landscape pavilion in the living quarter in Changsha. And the specific conditions were shown as follows:At first, the design and application status of the landscape pavilion in several residential quarters in Changsha were investigated, and10most representative residential quarters were selected, the forms, structures and characteristics of the landscape pavilions in each residential quarter were analyzed, and existing problems in the application of landscape pavilion in the residential quarter were pointed out.Secondly, the functions of landscape pavilion in the residential quarter were analyzed, the material quality and color for different styles of the landscape pavilion were concluded, the atmosphere created in different environments by the landscape pavilion was pointed out, and the evident effect of environmental decoration in rendering it to be the main construction was illustrated.In the end, the design practice of the landscape pavilion in Tingyuan Chuntian residential quarter of Jinshi in the postgraduate study was taken as an example, the author’s own thoughts were proposed for the future design of the landscape structures in the residential quarter by following the main routes from the design concept, layout design and construction drawing design and applying the drawing inspection theory with the most intuitive visual effect.
