With the advent of various kinds of media means, the mobile marketing truck hasbeen gradually stepping into our lives and catching our attention. As a new type of mediameans, it works well in publicity. This research does an overall design to the compartmentof the market truck for the purpose of highlighting its intelligence and large space. First,the large space in marketing is achieved by extending the main and auxiliary compartments;second, intelligent control is achieved when the PLC controls all the moving parts byregulating the magnetic valve in the hydraulic circuit. with the feedbacks of pressuretransmitter and displacement sensor The main contents studied by this thesis are asfollows:First, make a general survey to the mobile marketing truck’s development status andbackground based on the relevant literatures and documents at home and abroad.Second, have a theoretical analysis to the integral structure of the marketing truck anddetermine its major parameters based on which design its integral structure; design itspower system and transmission mechanism, and also establish the specification of elementpowers and models of transmission parts by means of theoretical analysis and calculation.Third, make a model to the integral frame of the marketing truck by utilizing NX7.0;make a finite element analysis to gears and racks by utilizing advanced simulation modelsof NX; make a simulation to the movement of transmission mechanism by utilizing motionsimulation models of NX, and show the stability of the marketing truck by analyzing thespeed of racks’ movement.Fourth, have a study to the hydraulic control of all the movement mechanisms,analyze their feasibilities, optimize the design of their hydraulic circuits, and finally buildthe whole hydraulic circuit of the marketing truck by cascade and multiple.Fifth, take the PLC of Siemens S7-200as the control center and have a design to theexpansion module, feedback module and human-computer interaction module of themarketing truck, then have an analysis to the input and output of the PLC, and finally make a program to PLC by using LAD language in STEP7.
