After decades of change, urban heating systems has preliminary formed aheat supply network model.It’s system is very large, its thermal nodes are widelydistributed, exist many uncertain factors, management seems to be very difficult. Theinfluence between every heat supply network nodes become stronger, the variousthermal dynamic point of interaction between the increasingly strong, the dynamicbalance and energy conservation of system are still hot issues of research. This papermainly uses the method of combing the software and hardware systematicallyanalyzes the needs of heat supply network nodes for city heating nodes for theunreasonable external and internal factors, such as the thermal imbalance, energywaste and so on.Based on a systematic mode to analysis the mode of heat supplynetwork.Using a standardized design of heat supply network node control systemcontrol system model.Elaborated the application of new technology and new conceptsin the heat supply network nodes. Hardware parts of the system use the advancedcontrol equipments and device architecture at present to developed.A relativelycomplete electrical design and control model and standardized construction ofprotection mechanisms for the actual needs of the typical type of the hot water heatingnodes and the steam heating nodes, as well as the related research of the standardconstruction at the scene. Software parts of the system based on the advancedindustrial Ethernet communication adopting the tiered management model of the C/Sframework modes to realize the cooperative control of every nodes between thevarious layer sites at the scene and manage all the layer site node and direct newoptimal instruction of management and also the data services layer provide real timedata transmission to the network client as well as to respond the controlling action ofsome client. This paper focuses on the no model algorithms, for example, the fuzzycontrol and neural network control algorithm which is used in optimization of controlsystem and also applying the fluid heat transfer analysis software FLUENT as a secondary analysis tool. in the end, I put forward a cloud platform of thethermal mechanical conception of the network application in the control system.Forfinding a passage of maximizing heat supply network dynamic balance and energyconservation.
