With the development of the urban construction scale and increasing the investment of engineering projects, people pay more and more attention on optimization planning and transformation of heating supply pipeline network. Carrying on the research of optimization of the central heating supply pipeline network in the city, not only have important meaning to make the investment in practicing thrift, reduce heating energy consumption, and improve enterprise's benefit etc., but also let people realize the important link with safe and reliable heating. Optimizing and planning of the central heating network have important social benefits. The domestic and the international scholars have carried on extensive and deep research, because the optimization of the heating supply pipeline network occupies an important position in the heating project. They have proposed many kinds of optimization methods, but there is certain limitation in practical application in these methods. This paper makes every effort to find a feasible method to solve the problem of heating supply pipeline network in the layout optimizing and the parameter optimizing.On the basis of reading a large amount of Chinese and foreign documents, take the outdoor central heating pipeline network as the object, aim at the character of technique, saving energy and economy of heating design. Using thermoeconomics, system engineering and graph theory, established the parameter's optimal design mathematical model of central heating pipeline network and the model of minimal annual total cost of heating pipeline's layout optimization and obtain the minimum of the original investment and the annual cost of exergy loss. At the same time, it makes the heating supply pipeline network has a very well technical characteristic. Successfully solved the couple problem between the parameter optimal design and the layout optimization. Offered the theoretical foundation of the parameter of the mathematical model and established the software of optimal design. Using the way of predetermined the flow with the economic pipe diameter and the economic insulation thickness, avoiding the problem of the parameter optimal design while making layout optimization. Find out a convenient way for optimization of central heating supply system.Applied optimize model in heating supply pipeline network of Xi'an Aerospace Design Institute, practical application verified that compared with normal design it can save 25% of an annual total cost.The economic benefits is witnessed. This optimization model also has directions for other fluid pipeline network.
