The research is from the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Xinjiang manufacturinginformation technology demonstration project (NO.201130110) project——“manufacturing information technology and software product development andapplication”.Due to the global energy shortage, countries around the world are activelylooking for new sources of energy. Therefore,many countries attach great importanceto the field of wind power development. Then wind load on wind turbine has becomeone of the main parameters that were used in safe and stable performance test. But thewind load in the important parameter——flow interference issues are often notthrough a simple experiment to solve. We usually need to wind tunnel experiment thatobject or model is placed in a wind tunnel to simulation experiments to obtain thewind load and related data as a design basis and reference of wind turbines.But it hasthe shortcomings of high cost,long period,poor flexibility,scale effect. As the designmethod can replace or supplement the traditional,popular international practices isnumerical simulation on aerodynamic characteristics of the introduction of "numericalwind tunnel" technology. However,with the development and wide application of therapid development of computer graphics and virtual reality technology,we begin tocalculate large amount of data with the help of the computer,and then to the intuitive2D or3D image display,facilitating our communication and understanding.So we put forward the research on CFD analysis and visualization in scientificcomputing of wind turbine based on OSG. This paper is based on the principle of thecomputational fluid dynamics (CFD). Analysis and calculation for wind machinethrough the CFX module of ANSYS Workbench software are solved to achieve theresult of Aerodynamic Numerical simulation and to realize visualization of windturbine gas dynamic numerical simulation of characteristics of science based on virtual reality technology of OSG software.Thus three-dimensional flow chart can beshowed up by the wind turbine aerodynamics numerical simulation. Let users moreintuitive to observe the wind turbine in the flow field in order to increase theawareness of our less easily observed wind turbine flow field,more useful to improvethe level of scientific research for the wind turbine. With the method of model test ofthis method compared to traditional: calculation cycle is short, low price, abundantinformation, data for a variety of wind load under the numerical simulation of theaerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine and visualization display relativelyintuitive. So the design and research of this subject has practical significance andresearch value.
