With the rapid development of society and technology,the country’s electricity consumption has been increasing,the equipment in power plants is constantly being updated,and new technologies are constantly being introduced.500 k V GIS equipment is one of the important components in the power system of a power plant.The correct operation and good operating conditions of the GIS circuit breaker with relatively frequent operating frequency are essential to the stable operation of the entire system.Due to the particularity of the GIS circuit breaker,It is difficult for students to learn using actual on-site equipment,so it is of great significance to develop a virtual simulation system that is the same as the actual GIS circuit breaker working environment.This paper develops a set of simulation training system on 500 k VGIS circuit breaker based on virtual reality technology.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The background and significance of the research on virtual simulation system are introduced,and the technology used in the virtual simulation system is introduced in detail,including its main characteristics,classification,etc.(2)This paper takes 500 k V pumped-storage power station GIS circuit breaker as the research object,makes a detailed analysis of the development requirements of the system,and determines the overall architecture of the system.(3)Through the 3ds Max modeling software,the polygon modeling method and the subdivision surface modeling method are used to create the model,and then combined with various functional plug-ins such as light source,collision body,and roaming controller in the software,the circuit breaker is reproduced Structure and working scenarios.(4)Import the created virtual model into the Unity3 D software development engine.Through animation control,GUI control and script control,functional modules of the virtual GIS circuit breaker simulation system such as user registration and login interface,scene roaming,and emergency accident maintenance are developed.Finally,with the support of the database simulation support platform,a training and assessment function module is added.Students can use the training and assessment function module to assess the knowledge they have learned and test their mastery of the knowledge they have learned.The virtual GIS circuit breaker simulation system developed in this paper constructs a complete virtual equipment scene.The system uses the 3ds Max modeling software to create the virtual model of the GIS circuit breaker.The Unity3 D software development engine develops the functional modules of the virtual simulation system without the participation of the actual circuit breaker.This greatly reduces the budget cost and at the same time The system adds music to the autonomous roaming function module,which strengthens the fun of the virtual simulation system and greatly increases the learning efficiency of students.
