The main research topics of this paper is based on mobile base station in the plateau environment the main power supply system using solar, wind power and hydrogen mixed energy application related technology research and analysis, which is the scientific technological innovation in the field of new energy, a new round ofimportant technological and industrial revolution, which in China is probably the great breakthrough of hydrogen fuel cell to obtain large-scale application.The main subject of proposed mobile base station power supply system in this areaswhere solar and wind energy resource isvery rich.During the day time mainlyusing solar energy and wind energy power generation, in the evening use of hydrogen as the main electrical supply system of the base station, and these hydrogen come from daytime solar and wind energy in the production of the base station of electricity generated, at the same time we also think about in this subject can produce48hours’hydrogen energy as a standby power of communication base stations, in order to prevent continuous cloudy or smaller wind weather happens.This new type of power supply system to the main power supply system of the entire base station design, to ensure base station power supply systemsafe and reliable, the running of the economy, the random solar and wind power generation, water electrolysis hydrogen production, hydrogen solid metal safe storage, hydrogen generator at any time demand generation, coordination combine these four areas, to become mobile base stations powered energy。Basedon the study and design on Base Station wind-solar-hydrogen new energy hybrid power supply system in plateau region, the thesis firstly gives analysis and design on various required modules of hybrid powersupply system model. Then taking Tibet regionas an example, it analyzes the resource conditions and climatic data of the solar and wind energy, combined with the base station load electricity demand to get the optimal solution on system configuration through linear programming method, which make the overall input cost minimum under the premise of meeting the base station load electricity demand for wind-solar-hydrogen supply system.Test and analysis results show that this design of the wind-solar-hydrogenhybrid power supply system can provide stable and reliable power supply to base station load, and at the same time, long-term operation total cost and environmental benefits are much better than the Tibet region existing mobile base station power supply system.This method is environmentally friendly, efficient, non-polluting and has a huge potential for development.
