Study On Road Congestion Timely Charge On Collaborative Environment Of Electronic License Plate And Traffic Sensor Network

Based on dynamic congestion pricing theory, to learn foreign congestion charging practical experience, combined with the actual situation of domestic cities traffic congestion occurred, this article presents congestion timely charge concept and road congestion timely charge ideas based on electronic license plate technology and traffic sensor network technology.The purpose of road congestion timely charges is to make the driver of the vehicle to choose the path, according to the congestion charging status of the sections. If the section is free of charge, vehicles entering the section, if the section in the congestion charging, the driver can choose to detour to avoid the congested road, to make the automatic diversion of traffic flow, to ease road traffic jams.Through the analysis of the charge process, there are two key points in road congestion timely charging process:one is the traffic information detection (vehicle information and traffic flow information) using the collaborative environment of the electronic license and traffic sensor network; the other is the determination of the state of the road traffic flow.In the study of the traffic information detection, according to the defects of the2node traffic flow information collection model, the article builds the collaborative environment of the electronic license and traffic sensor network based on double-layer structure, designs traffic detection algorithm and average travel speed detection algorithm.In the study of the determination of the state of the road traffic flow, according to the uncertainty of traffic flow, this article studies the mothed of the traffic flow status determination using the method of uncertainty analysis-Set Pair Analysis (SPA), presents the congestion judging method based on SPA,summarizes evaluation step, presents contact degrees formula and the method for determining weights based on entropy.On the basis of the above research results, this article utilizes two congestion examples to further illustrate the process of road congestion timely charges.
