With the rapid development of China's economy,the pace of urbanization has gradually accelerated,and the number of vehicles continued to grow.Vehicles,which are for the convenience of the residents at the same time,also caused the city's traffic congestion.In order to solve this problem,intelligent transportation system(ITS)has been developed at high speed.In the intelligent transportation system(ITS),the dynamic OD matrix is the necessary input parameter of the advanced traffic information service system(ATIS)and the advanced traffic management system(ATMS).The accuracy of dynamic OD matrix will directly affect the real-time and validity of intelligent transportation system(ITS).To this end,this paper based on radio frequency identification(RFID)acquisition points collected traffic data,carried out dynamic OD matrix estimation study,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Traffic data is the basis of dynamic OD matrix estimation.Radio frequency identification acquisition points provide the basic traffic data needed in this paper.To this end,this paper established a radio frequency identification acquisition point placement optimization program.This scheme studies the principle of radio frequency identification collection point,and puts forward the mathematical model of radio frequency identification acquisition point optimization.Taking a road network as an example,the exhaustive method is used to solve the layout scheme and verify the feasibility of the scheme.(2)The dynamic traffic assignment matrix is an indispensable parameter in the process of dynamic OD matrix estimation.For this reason,the calculation method is studied in this paper.Based on the characteristics of RFID electronic license plate data,a method of dynamic traffic assignment matrix acquisition is proposed.In this paper,the dynamic traffic assignment matrix is calculated by matching the data of RFID between the vehicle traffic of the OD and the traffic volume of the road section in the RFID electronic license plate database.Based on the periodic and regularity of the urban traffic network,the dynamic traffic assignment matrix is calculated.(3)A dynamic OD matrix estimation model based on RFID electronic license plate data is proposed.Based on the traffic distribution matrix acquisition method,RFID electronic license plate data and maximal entropy theory,a dynamic OD matrix estimation model based on RFID electronic license plate data is established.The Lagrangian multiplier method and the Newtonian method are used to solve the model,and the evaluation criteria of the model are determined.Finally,some traffic network networks in Yubei District of Chongqing City are taken as the research object,and the dynamic OD matrix estimation model is analyzed.The effectiveness and practicability of the model are evaluated by the relative mean error(MRE)and the root mean square error(RMSE)as the evaluation criteria of the model.
