Hydro-pneumatic suspension is an important part of the automobile suspension system, the structural reliability of hydro-pneumatic suspension can play the basic guarantee of its damping action, but the damping characteristics of automobile running smoothness and comfort plays a very important role.In abroad, the production and application of hydro-pneumatic suspension is relatively mature, for the purpose of oil and gas suspension are appropriate to the structure size, with its superior performance occupies the most of China’s hydro-pneumatic suspension market; In domestic, hydro-pneumatic suspension industry started relatively late, the performance of the product compared to abroad have larger gap, mainly displays in two aspects:(1)The lack of structural strength;(2)The shortage of the hydro-pneumatic suspension damping characteristics. So, for oil and gas suspension features research is of great significance.This paper firstly introduces the structure and working principle of hydro-pneumatic suspension, taking the company’s production of hydro-pneumatic suspension as the research object, analyzes the key parts in the hydro-pneumatic suspension structure, the structure size made a preliminary calculation. On this basis, the analysis of damping characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension, you must show your figure, main completed the following work:(1) Analyzed the structure and working principle of hydro-pneumatic suspension, and the key parts structure analysis theory; Basis for the simulation analysis of hydro-pneumatic suspension.(2) According to the basis of theoretical analysis, simulation analysis was made on the structure of hydro-pneumatic suspension; First, the whole model of hydro-pneumatic suspension was analyzed, and get the stress distribution and deformation of the whole model; Second, analyzes the structure of the size effect on the strength of the weak link in hydro-pneumatic suspension; Secondly, analyzes the hydro-pneumatic suspension of bolt connection form, and the comparative analysis of bolt number; Finally, the hydro-pneumatic suspension weld was analyzed, and thus to guide the structure design of hydro-pneumatic suspension.(3) Using of Pro/E software to establish the three-dimensional flow field model of hydro-pneumatic suspension, and in-depth study of the flow field structure and working principle of the hydro-pneumatic suspension, the integrated use of mechanical and hydraulic theory, determine the suspension of oil and gas under different conditions of vibration mode and the fluid flow direction. (4) By using CFD software, flow field simulation analysis was carried out on the oil and gas suspension, insight into the working principle of hydro-pneumatic suspension is concluded that the damping characteristic curve, and further analyses the working parameter and damping hole size and air pressure effect on oil and gas suspension damping characteristic curve, to oil and gas suspension performance optimization and provides an effective tool, is conducive to accelerate the localization process of design of hydro-pneumatic suspension.
