More and more excavation projects of high and steep slope has attracted an increasing attention. The dynamic monitoring feedback is particularly important in the construction process, with the higher requirements on the slope security. Mechanical parameters of the rock mass is an important factor affecting the slope calculation. It is very important for feedback analysis of the rock and soil mechanics parameters by using the slope geotechnical monitoring data.This paper makes a research on dynamic monitoring and feedback analysis in the construction progress taking Jinping I hydropower station right bank abutment slope for example. First introduce the right bank slope of engineering geological conditions, and then describe the rock mass parameters feedback analysis based on monitoring data method in the construction progress. Make an inversion analysis for the rock and soil mechanics parameters of the abutment slope by using of the existing right bank’s monitoring data. And use the inversion parameters being analyzed to predict excavation displacement of the next excavation slope. Make a comparison of predicted displacement and monitoring displacement to determine whether the slope is deformed within a reasonable range. After model adjustment, continue to the next slope excavation feedback until the slope excavation is completed.In this paper, FLAC3D as calculation software to calculate the slope monitoring point displacement of the the river’s transverse direction. Smaller error value of c and tp is calculated by the neural network. Compare monitoring displacement with calculated displacement. Make the displacement analysis by using of mechanical parameters of the rock and soil mass which is mainly c andφ on shallow rock. Forecast displacement of the next slope excavation levels with FLAC3D based on the displacement analysis with inversion parameters. Make early warning to ensure the slope safety. Finally. This paper makes a c and <p feedback analysis of the local sliding block.And the stability of the sliding body obtained by calculating meets the requirements.The final thesis feedback analysis results are consistent with the measured displacement in the construction process, which makes a better verification to the feedback description idea of this paper and has a good reference value for similar projects.
