Distributed generation (DG) because of its advantages of clean and renewable, makes it more and more being introduced into the distribution network, interconnection of DG provide supplement and effective powerful support to distribution network, but also changed the traditional one-way flow of power flow mode, which will produce important influence include the network loss and voltage etc. The distribution network reactive power optimization is an important research aspect in distribution network optimal operation. With DG join in, which will make inevitably impact.Based on power flow calculation, this paper studied the influence of distribution network voltage and network loss with DG interconnection. Research and analysis the method of the different types of DG interconnection node in power flow calculation. Using MATLAB power flow calculation program, using the Newton-Ralph method, combining with DG output and position change, quantitative analysis with practical example in the distribution network network loss and voltage changes while access to DG before and after. Relatively comprehensive summed up the influence of voltage and network loss with DG access to distribution network.Next, this paper based on the analysis and comparison of reactive power optimization algorithm, the principle, the algorithm flow and parameter Settings of particle swarm optimization algorithm and quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is studied. Considering the distribution network loss minimum for target function, the node voltage, the reactive power compensation capacity and DG output as constraint conditions, established distribution network with DG reactive power optimization mathematical model. And gives improved quantum particle swarm algorithm Reactive Power Optimization with DG algorithm flow.Finally, this paper uses the PSO, QPSO and improved QPSO to access DG IEEE33and14nodes distribution system reactive power optimization simulation. Results show that the improved QPSO compared with PSO and QPSO has rapid convergence and better calculation precision. Considering DG output as control variables, an experiment is carried out to verify the proposed algorithm feasibility and effectiveness in enhancing the voltage quality and reduce the of the system network loss in distribution network with DG.Studies show that reactive power optimization method in the distribution network with DG is conducive to give full play to the positive role of DG, reduce the negative impact of the distribution network with DG access, and make power system run more efficiently and reliably.
