With the expanding demand of stone materials, the markets of stone mining and processing develop rapidly. However, a lot of waste is generated in the process of stone production, leading to the accumulation of a large amount of waste material and stone powder near the stone mining and processing plant, which has a great impact on the surrounding ecological environment and harms the health of the stone industry and heavily restricts its sustainable development. Currently, very few enterprise use scrap materials, gravel and stone deep-processing, and this will not only cause the serious waste of stone resources, but also affect the surrounding environment and landscape. If the large number of stone waste could be used as raw materials in construction, it will not only conserve natural resources, but help ease the crisis of growing waste disposal and solve the increasingly prominent problems of environmental pollution, significant social, economic and environmental benefits.This thesis will foucs on coarse aggregate of granite ore100%replacement of natural aggregates, and sand instead of part of natural granite stone powder. It selects three levels of test methods based on orthogonal experiment to test the orthogonal table L9(34) and the target intensity of C25. The test results can provide reference and basis for the future promotion and using of granite ore concrete. In a word, this thesis will mainly demonstrate the following aspects:(1) Making a research on the main physical properties of granite ore aggregate and its study results show that:first,the particle size distribution of the coarse aggregate granite ore does not meet the requirements of the relevant standards. Second, the apparent density is larger than natural aggregates, and bulk density is closer to natural aggregates and its porosity increases. Third, the water absorption of the coarse aggregate granite ore is closer to the natural coarse aggregate.(2) Test on the granite ore concrete compressive strength, axial compressive strength, modulus of elasticity performance. Through orthogonal experiment, I get the optimal mixture ratio of granite ore concrete, propose the intuitive test optimal value and the recommended optimal value, analyze the impact of various factors on the experimental index. The specification conversion between the standard value of concrete compressive strength fck and cube compressive strength fcuk standard value is applicable to granite ore concrete in this thesis. (3) Making a quantitative analysis of the economy of granite ore concrete and making a comparsion between the economy of batching of the the granite ore aggregate and the natural aggregate concrete. Moreover, taking environmental issues caused by the granite ore waste in consideration, it is necessary to add processing fee and reanalyze the economy of granite ore concrete and make a comparison.
