The use of construction waste, industrial solid waste and preparation of aggregate used in concrete, can effectively save the natural resources of sand and stone,is an important direction of development of green high performance concrete. The ceramic industry to produce a large number of industrial solid waste, and waste tile polished waste, currently do landfill disposal, there is no effective utilization way.To solve this problem, this paper uses waste tiles as the research object, the crushing and sorting system of coarse and fine aggregate waste tiles, and polishing slag as admixture, preparation of different strength grades(C30,C60)of ceramic-aggregate concrete. The influences of aggregate, admixture and curing condition on compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of concrete were studied. The relationship between the modulus of elasticity and compressive strength of ceramic-aggregate concrete was also discussed. The main results are as follows:For C30 concrete in standard curing condition, compared with the original stone concrete, tile waste coarse aggregate can increase the strength and elastic modulus of concrete, but the waste ceramic tile fine aggregate has adverse effect. The strength and modulus of elasticity of ceramic-aggregate C30 concrete can be improved by using polishing powder as admixture and adding 10% polishing powder. The strength and elastic modulus of ceramic-aggregate C30 concrete decrease with the increase of amount of polishing powder.Compared with the standard curing conditions, simulation of construction site maintenance will reduce the strength and elastic modulus of ceramic-aggregate C30 concrete;in the early stage of curing, the concrete strength loss rate is lower, and it increases in the later period of curing. There was a linear correlation between elastic modulus and compressive strength of ceramic-aggregate C30 concrete.Through the analysis and comparison of calculated value of the measured value, fitting the experimental data, witch according to the calculation formula between elastic modulus and compressive strength,is preferable. With coarse aggregate instead of primary stone,ceramic-aggregate C60 concrete which the optimum mix ratio was obtained was prepared. The fine aggregate of ceramic tile has great influence on workability and strength of concrete,so it is unsuitable to replace high strength concrete with river sand. The amount of polishing powder is between 10% and 15%,which can improve the strength and modulus of elasticity of ceramic-aggregate C60 concrete. In the standard curing conditions, compared with the original stone, tile waste coarse aggregate to improve the compressive strength of concrete, but reduce the elastic modulus, which indicates that the deformation of the waste ceramic tile coarse aggregate is larger than that of the natural stone.Compared with the standard curing condition, the strength and modulus of elasticity of ceramic-aggregate C60 concrete are reduced.Compared with C30 concrete, the reduction of strength and modulus of elasticity of the ceramic-aggregate C60 concrete is relatively large under the curing conditions. The amount of polishing powder can effectively reduce the adverse effects.Through statistical analysis, the relationship between the elastic modulus and compressive strength of ceramic-aggregate C60 concrete is as follows: the measured values and calculated values are in good agreement with each other.
