Transport routes including airports, waypoints, flight parameters, air trafficcontrol information. A correct and reasonable transport route ensures transport flightsafety, economy and its rapid response capabilities. When designing air routes, bothdomestic and international, the data are in form of pictures and the designer consultthe data manually to design routes and calculate flight parameters. This way is neitherinefficient nor correct. In terms of the algorithm, because of the airlines’ purpose to getthe greatest economic benefit, the routes they designed can not fully cover the routesbetween any two cities, while the transport routes are mission-oriented, the algorithmshould have the ability to design the routes between any two cities. This article focuseson problems exist in the design of domestic and international routes, and develop aroute planning and design systems to solve the problems exist in the design transportroutes.Using the SSH framework, WebGIS technology, this article aims at managing, analysing and planning routes in graphical and attribute forms, use the shortest pathalgorithm and rules to design routes, and use the interactive graphics to editroutes.SSH framework conforms to the J2EE specification, realize the MVC pattern isand is conducive to software development and maintenance. The WebGIS use the tile map to realize, the principle is, firstly, cut the base mapinto many pictures of equal size, then name the pictures according to theirgeographical areas, match up browser pixel coordinates with geographic coordinatesmap. Tile map improves access speed and increase the user experience.Shortest path algorithm uses the improved Dijkstra algorithm, instead of usingtwo-dimensional tables to store data, its use of set improves the operating efficiencyof the algorithm. Introducing rules in route design process ensure that the transportroutes generated can conform to flight performance and traffic control requirements. This article catches the main rules affecting routes generated, build mathematicalmodels, and discusses the implementation of the various rules in detail. These methodsare essentially to filter all of the legs, so that the last generation of routes to meet thevarious rules. These rules have been able to obtain the use of flexible, because it is aplug-in to implant the system, you can configure the rule parameters, rules can beextended. Interactive graphics on the map by dragging waypoints ways, drag the point,is a necessary route point. Drag, call the airline to re-computing design features inorder to achieve the purpose of editing routes, give full play to the role of routedesigner experience. These methods are essentially all of the leg to filter, so that theroutes generated can meet the various rules. These rules can be used flexibly for it isimplanted in the system in form of plug-in, you can configure the rule parameters andthe rules can be extended. Interactive graphics on the map is realized by draggingwaypoints ways, drag the points, which are necessary route points. After dragging,Call function to re-route design computing to achieve the purpose of editing routes, which gives full play to the route designers’ experience. The proposed route planning and design scheme can design routes which meetthe rules, and also gives full play of the people’s influence in the design of routes. Itimproves the efficiency of transport routes design, and is significant for enhancingemergency response capabilities of the transports.
