Medical endoscope with the development of medical diagnostics business inChina has been widely used, the endoscope is a precision optical instrument into thebody’s internal observation, can accurately quickly diagnosed film can not see thecondition for the majority of patients andhealth workers to bring convenience, wellreceived. But endoscope cleaning disinfection process, there are many hidden dangers.Our hospitals are usually the way of manual work cleaning and disinfection of theendoscope, backward means for the the endoscope surface of the formation of biofilmscan not be cleaned, thereby cleaning and disinfecting effect is difficult to guarantee, oreven lead to the patients and medical workers send contact infection and interactiveinterference. More patients and most hospitals do endoscopy, endoscope cleaning anddisinfection of time and longer, so that patients have to wait in line a long time eachinspection. Therefore, the need to establish a reliable, convenient, safe and healthendoscope cleaning and disinfection system, improve efficiency, better service for bothdoctors and patients, and therefore developed a reliable, efficient and more automatedendoscope cleaning equipment both doctors and patients urgent needs.This system simplifies the task of the control system processor, to improve thestability of the system, using Atmel’s high-end microcontroller ATmega128two-chipas the main processor of the system, and uses the serial port as a washing machinesystem components and external communication,using8255as the main processorchip IO expansion,12864LCD matrix keyboard as the main equipment of the systemof human-computer interaction. Keyboard and8255to expand port circuit diagram.In this thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the existing domestic and foreignautomatic endoscope washer-disinfector development at home and abroad, and tostudy the endoscope cleaning technology and automation and control technology, automatic endoscope washer-disinfector system makeoverall planning, design a fullyautomated endoscope cleaning and disinfection of the software and hardware systemsframework endoscope cleaning and quality traceability system. Through the modulardesign of the software and hardware systems, various functional modules of thesystem to make detailed design and solutions related to the principles, procedures andother elaborate automatic endoscope washer-disinfector each cleaning step isintroduced. Endoscope cleaning and quality traceability system through the computerinformation processing system, all aspects of the endoscopic use of smartidentification, monitoring, positioning and management, instead of the traditionalmanual record, to avoid recording errors, lost hidden dangers, the data is stored in acomputer database of information processing, easy to query and print, with theaccident to clinics retrospective, real-time monitoring, error warning both doctors andpatients.Finally, the fully automated endoscope cleaning and disinfection machinehardware systems, software systems, the quality of retrospective system debuggingand testing, and debugging data were analyzed in a timely manner to solve theproblems in the testing process, testthe results show that the fully automatedendoscope cleaning and disinfection systems running in good condition, and passedthe stage of acceptance. For future work in the future, to build smart wisdom hospitalendoscope cleaning and disinfection center.
