Conventional endoscope cleaning method is mainly manual cleaning, however, the process backward and inefficient, in addition, the presence of an operator cleaning unqualified, thus increasing the patient infected probability. So it is particularly important to real-time monitor the cleaning and disinfection process of endoscope and improve the efficiency of cleaning and disinfection and avoid patients because of the cleaning and disinfection of the unqualified cause infection; intelligent, high reliability, good stability endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine and the quality traceability system of endoscope cleaning and disinfection are both doctors and patients in the urgent demand. In this paper as a starting point in-depth exploration and research, and find a good solution, so that the paper topic is of great significance and value.In this paper, the present status of the endoscope cleaning and disinfection in foreign countries is studied, and the overall frame and functional requirements of the manual endoscope washing and disinfecting machine are studied. Then, the hardware system and software system of the control panel of the manual endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine, the software application of the host data center and the quality traceability system of the endoscope cleaning are designed, and the principle and technology of each function module are analyzed. In the realization of the data communication, using serial communication interface of STM32 chip to connect with RFID card reader that is used as perfusion device control panel to collect information port, the keyboard system and the digital tube display system are used as perfusion device control panel of human-computer interaction. The RS485 bus is responsible for the communication between the perfusion device control panel and host data center, the communication between the host data center and PC server is realized by socket.Finally, debugging and testing manual endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine of the hardware system, software system and endoscope quality traceability system. The test data were comprehensive analysis, and studying the problems encountered in the testing process, putting forward the corresponding solutions.
