At the present stage, in order to meet the people’s growing housing demand, speed up the housing construction change from traditional extensive to intensive, advancing the housing industry modernization, improve the quality of housing, make our country housing construction has become a new economic growth point, is the inevitable trend of China’s social development and economic progress. In the12th Five-Year Plan which is a long-term planning, China view the new fabricated construction technology as support projects, up to the national level to solve the difficulty of application technology and technical standards. This will further in the promotion of green building, green construction, focus on with advanced construction, material, information technology optimized structure and service mode action. The general office of the state council of the People’s Republic of China in the twentieth of August,1999, the ministry of construction and other departments and forwarding "about promoting the modernization of housing industries to improve the quality of housing several Suggestions of the notice"(countries do hair [1999] no.72), this is also a symbol for our country will gradually into of housing industrialization era.At present, the speed of China’s housing construction is in continuous unprecedented stage of development, but also a new way to promote economic growth. With the development of the science and technology of modern China civil engineering, and the development of housing industrialization, the architecture used materials, building energy saving and environmental protection are put forward higher request, all kinds of new high-tech materials, new structure appeared in the eyes of people. Such as common floor, in order to speed up the construction convenience and construction progress, already invented kinds of style of composite slab, such as pressure type steel and concrete composite floor slab, big span sandwich composite plate, etc., the object of this research is a kind of improved reinforced concrete composite floor. Thus, the analysis to discuss the form of residential structure, puts forward a structure with good performance and construction speed is quick and convenient, engineering cost is reasonable and can meet the requirements of environmental protection and energy saving of the new structure, to enhance our country’s civil engineering science and technology level, realize housing industrialization and protect our living environment has important practical significance. The emergence of the composite structure to meet the requirements of the development of the housing industrialization, set in situ and fabricated structure of the advantages of a structure, especially in the use of the floor structure is quite prominent advantages, and the usage of the composite plate is very large, the application range is very wide, so now the deep research on composite plate and promote its development is a considerable economic and social benefits.In this paper, through the static load test contrast cast-in-site concrete whole plate and concrete in the midspan splicing of laminated plate,and research the composite plate bending performance (deflection, crack, bearing capacity, failure pattern) and plate loading mechanism. In addition, the application of the finite element program ANSYS separately simulate the cast-in-place reinforced concrete whole board and the middle of span splicing of laminated plate (guard quantity different), carried on the nonlinear numerical simulation, In this based on the results of this paper puts forward some improvement advice of design superimposed sheet.
