| In fabricated steel structure housing system,a new fabricated flat beam-plate assembled system connected by castellated beam and steel bar truss and concrete composite slab can improve space usage rate and posses ability of fire protection,anti-corrosion and resource saving and pollution reduction.Based on the investigation at precast element enterprises and design institutes in the region,analysis and discussion of studies on castellated beam and flat beam,two typical beams are chose to design and study according to a fabricated steel structure housing prototype.Six specimens are made and tested with vertical loading test,the mechanics behavior of the six specimens are contrasted.Besides,combined with the test results,relevant research results and engineering example,discussed the design and construction requirements,installation technology for the fabricated steel bar truss and concrete composite slab-circular hole composite castellated flat beam.The main research and innovation achievements are as follows:(1)The test shows that,compared with the un-composite specimens,the yield and ultimate loads,initial stiffness of the fabricated steel bar truss and concrete composite slab-circular hole composite castellated flat beam and poured concrete slab-circular hole composite castellated flat beam specimens are improved obviously,as well as the integrity and stability.(2)Failure mode,stress distribution,bearing capacity and deformability of six specimens were studied,the comparison of experimental and calculation results of simply-supported castellated beam specimens shows that,bearing capacity fits the literature formula very well while experimental results of the deflection is larger than that from literature formula.Different from two simply-supported castellated beam specimens,crack development is the main failure mode of four composite specimens,without instability or local buckling in the whole process.The comparison of experimental and calculation results shows that,flexural capacity calculation results are emphasis on safety.(3)the comparison and analysis on each behavior of six specimens shows that,the fabricated steel bar truss and concrete composite slab-circular hole composite castellated flat beam has the advantages of superior performance and convenient construction,Combined with the test and literature analysis,the design and calculation methods of bearing capacity,deflection and construction requirements of composite castellated flatbeam are determined,and the construction process,installation technology for fabricated steel bar truss and concrete composite slab-circular hole composite castellated flat beam are summarized,as a reference for future projects. |
