With the structural adjustment of China’s power industry, power project construction toimplement large pressure on the small, shutting down small crew to concentrate on building alarge unit. Thermal power generating units in China also has high-efficiency, high-parameter,the development of large-capacity ultra (ultra) supercritical units. Ultra (ultra) supercriticalunits as an international on both a mature, reliable and in the development of thermal powergenerating units, be included in the development of clean coal technology in the internationaltrack and significantly reduce its coal consumption rate than conventional subcritical units, energy saving and environmental protection significance. In recent years, supercritical units are a lot of construction, which600MW supercriticalunit became the main unit of the new power plant projects. Domestic supercritical unitsmainly using the classic control scheme, compared with similar foreign crew, control theresults are unsatisfactory, adjust the quality needs to be improved. This article will focus on the the supercritical unit’s existing control scheme analysis forsupercritical units nonlinear, large time delay, strong coupling, multi-variable characteristics, combined with existing combustion control of a mature intelligent control theory programoptimization. Design a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller adjustment program, its controlscheme simulation to verify the correctness of the design. Simulation of the classic controlscheme to obtain the optimum parameters of each subsystem controller, to provide referencedata for the installation and commissioning of similar units.
