The paper introduces the actuality of construction technology and equipments in railway tunnel, and the main construction equipments in the drill-blast and TBM method. The paper focuses on the research of the actual tunnel inverted arch construction technology in the world. In view of the disadvantage of the actual tunnel inverted arch construction technology, the new inverted arch construction requirements in Passenger dedicated line tunnel and the project’s requirements of the Ministry of Railways, emphasis is put on several aspects as follows. Firstly, the paper introduces the general project of the inverted arch lining shutter jumbo and designs the key components initially. Secondly, with finite element analysis method, the stress of the key components in different situation is analysed. Thirdly, with the result of the finite element analysis, some components are optimized.Research on these aspects is the basal research of the inverted arch lining shutter jumbo in passenger dedicated line tunnel, and it is significant for the development of the inverted arch construction technology in passenger dedicated line tunnel.
