Moving Support System(MSS)is also called bridge fabrication machine or sliding frame system, which is a construction equipment of native template and using two sets of steel box girder supporting the template, through its self-walking, automatic switching to pour concrete hole-by-hole on the concrete beam. It has been widely used in the highway bridge construction and city viaduct construction at home and abroad.The DXZ32/900 self-propelled moving Support System described in this paper is designed for entire two-lane bridge construction hole of high-speed passenger transport rail line, which can flip the main leg on their own and meet in-situ construction of 32m and 24m span simply box girder beam requirement. It mainly consists of the main frame assemble, outer mold system, internal model system, the main legs and column, the former supporting leg, the supporting leg, the latter supporting legs, electrical hydraulic system and auxiliary facilities, etc. the main work is as follows:The first chapter summarizes the present status of domestic and international Moving Support System. According to the construction characteristics of high-speed railway passenger line the DXZ32/900 self-propelled Moving Support System is proposed, a comprehensive analysis is done and the design objectives, basis and the design concept of this equipment are proposed.The steel mechanical structure of Moving Support System was designed and its main components was optimized, and especially descried the electrical hydraulic control in details.The main steel of the Moving Support System and the main legs may occurring conditions was analyzed using the finite element method and the structure meet the performance requirements of the 10 cases analysis.Finally the working principle of the machine is introduced including normal operating procedures, the assembl of different field conditions, special treatment of conditions and the corresponding supporting statement. The safe use and required precautions of this machine are described.DXZ32/900 design and analysis cases fully taken into account various factors in site operation, and learn from advanced foreign experience combing with our high-speed railway construction actual situation. DXZ32/900 received praised from the owners, builders, and supervisor.
