The cycloid-pin planetary transmission has wide range of transmission ratio, compactstructure,and high reliability and other significant characteristics,thus it is widely applied,and the newest developed transmission in the world now is the FA-type cycloid-pin gearplanetary reducer (short for FA pin-cycloid transmission). The turning error is rigidly requiredwhen the FA pin-cycloid transmission used in a precision controlling transmission systemespecially in the robot transmission, so that, the cycloid gear profile modification is alsorigidly required. The previous studies of inverse arch-shaped teeth profile which is obtainedby the modification of “minus radial-moving+plus equidistant”, although it can improve thebearing capacity and can lead to the best stress condition, it cannot satisfied the highprecision of transmission.This paper compares the traditional single profile modified to combination profilemodified, in high accuracy, the " Isometric and travel distance alter shape curve modified "combination shape " Arch Back Teeth Profile "can meet predetermined rotary angle. And the stress and force of the tooth profile was obtained through theforce analysis. After3d modeling and assembly, will reverse Japan cycloid gear prototypeand theory of the design " Arch Back Teeth Profile " prototype ANSYS finite element contactthrough is analyzed, and the analysis are compared. Verify rationality of the " Arch BackTeeth Profile " design theory. Using the " Arch Back Teeth Profile " design theory,calculated the value of modification of all type of two series of FA45and FA65transmissionand the stress situation. This article through the design of high performance prototype of cycloid gear processingroute, completed a prototype of the development of the sample of the test scheme design andtest analysis. On the basis of the study, puts forward the applicable to two tooth differencethe eccentricity of fractal structure, and the method of the form of the innovative methodsand theories, such as rotate error and stress analysis, preparing for further study.
