Cycloid movable teeth transmission with a large transmission ratio, strong bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency and compact structure, is a very promising new tooth drive mechanism. And cycloid movable teeth transmission has the force of static, dynamic self-balancing features. Is favor of its dynamic characteristic. The paper has done a study of the system in Cycloid movable teeth transmission principle, tooth design, tooth analyze, force analysis of Meshing pair, tooth dynamic response, Multi-body dynamics simulation analysis.Using the movable teeth transmission tooth profile to design epicycloid shock wave. Tooth profile equations of center wheel are derived based on speed conversion and envelope principle. The center wheel tooth profile curvature is analyzed. Analyzed the influence of different structural parameters on the curvature of center wheel.A complete center wheel radius of curvature of tooth profile is simulated. And the parameter design condition is advanced according to the desire of no interference appearance on center wheel’s tooth profile. Contact ratio of cycloid movable teeth transmission is analyzed. The effect of structural parameters on the pressure Angle of tooth profile is analyzed.Using the movable teeth transmission tooth profile to design hypocycloid shock wave. Tooth profile equations of center wheel are derived based on speed conversion and envelope principle. The center wheel tooth profile curvature was analyzed. To avoid tooth interference conditions were analyzed. The pressure Angle of shock wave and center wheel were analyzed. And discusses the influence between mechanism parameters and pressure Angle of shock wave and center wheel.Base on static balancing equation and deformation compatibility conditions, the mechanics and mathematical models of meshing pair is established. The trends of meshing force between the tooth and the shock cam, the center wheel, tooth rack is obtained. Base on elastic deformation and compatibility of deformation, the elasticity error of transmission is obtained. Base on Hertz contact theory, the strength of meshing pair is checked. By the elastic dynamic response analysis method, dynamic response analysis theory equation caused by the movement of tooth is established, and velocity, acceleration response and acceleration response spectrum is obtained.Main components of cycloid movable toothed mechanism is designed. The 3D modelling and virtual prototype assemble is accomplish by SolidWorks. Considering the elastic deformation factors, the key parts is soft. In ADAMS, the coupled multi-body dynamics simulation is analyzed. Obtained the reasonable input and output rotational speed, and the trend of the stress of the meshing pair。...
