| At present, there is still no matured theory of building rectification as a guide, it mainly depends on some of the basic theory from soil mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics, and some methods used in Foundation Treatment, practically the exploration and experience of technical personnel, so the deformation monitoring and control technology become more important through the rectification process, however, the research achievement in this area are few and far between. This paper elaborates on the means and methods of deformation monitoring in the process of rectification and the information held in monitoring data; meanwhile, in order to ensure the accuracy of monitoring data, it proposes that at least three methods should be adopted; what’s more, the reliable and timely information could reflect the state of deformation of building and provide guidance to the adjustment of control measures. For the control technology in the building rectification process, the paper not only gives the definition, but also to expound the content and methods all-round, especially the control technology for method of drawing out soil on horizontal plane; according to the basic theory of elastic-plastic mechanics it derived out the calculation of the aperture, the distance between drawing holes and the best distance from drawing holes to the foundation; at last, the paper combined with examples of rectification works summarized the one used in the monitoring and control technology, which has certain reference value for the future building rectification, and it also provides a source of inspiration to the researchers devoted themselves to the research of rectification theory. |
