Based on layer building rectify leaning topic,a high-rise building in shenyang for pile foundation construction quality,foundation happened unequal distribution of high-rise buildings causes the engineering background of uneven settlement,Under the foundation beam and pile,foundation work together using the ABAQUS finite element software on the original foundation beams stiffness checking,and the engineering examples in the uneven settlement of the building,building pile foundation and foundation soil deformation and partial soil remedy for the 3-D numerical simulation,the main research results are as follows.:(1)Digging soil rectification method,is based on big side no longer occur new subsidence,in sedimentation small lateral soil increased the lateral settlement,so as to reduce differential settlement and reach the purpose of rectifying,so building in action after the completion of the total settlement get bigger,the design of the building elevation is reduced,in this engineering example,pile top elevation from-3.200 m decreased to-3.287 m.(2)In this paper,based on the deflection of beam stiffness whether meet the specification requirements of the evaluation criteria,based on the original foundation stiffness of building,the middle part of foundation beams stiffness is insufficient,and the actual engineering,after building oblique,foundation beams without damage,foundation beam is insufficient rigidity,but still can ensure the safety of the building.This paper argues that can be directly in the original foundation beam deviation rectification work to be performed.(3)In the process of digging soil rectification method,when the settlement of small side pile bottom soil subsidence,large side also can produce new subsidence,therefore in rectifying engineering,to stop leaning on either side of the building should be strengthened and protective measures to prevent large side more subsidence at the same time,to prevent too.(4)After building tilting,away from the structure of the soil area are slight bulge phenomenon,and the plastic zone is mainly focused on a small area and around the edge of the foundation soil in the pile bottom.(5)In each batch soil correction,correction effect is not obvious,since the first soil with clay correction,remaining bearing pile number decreases,the remaining pile stress increases,the high stress area occurs in the pile end,deformation in the foundation soil,a soil after the settlement of foundation soil were greater than the previous soil subsidence,ultimately achieve rectifying effect.
