| With the development of industry, hydraulic technology and various hydraulic devicesare widely used in the engineering field. In order to meet the engineering requirements of thehigh-intensity, heavy load, Hydraulic technology is developing in the direction of ultra-highpressure hydraulic technology. The study on ultra-high pressure technology includesultra-high pressure cylinder and ultra-high pressure sealing and other aspects. In this paper, anultra-high pressure oil cylinder bolt drawing mill characterized by small size, strong-load andother advantages is analyzed. It can be used in such small space but strong-load place asnuclear power station, it also build a model for the sealed structure of cylinder to simulationanalysi.In order to achieve the above aim, firstly, the high-pressure cylinder should be designedin order to achieve the above targets. The whole structure of the high-pressure cylinder can bedetermined by its simulation and analysis. Following this, the cylinder’s sealing structurewhich is designed according to the characteristics of the Ultra-high pressure is analyzed sothat the maximum stress and deformation are determined. Meantime, a short analysis aboutthe liquid medium motion condition which inside the sealing structure is done. This analysisincludes the liquid medium flow rate, pressure convergence, liquid flow rate and pressuredistribution, and further validate that the sealing structure could meet the ultra-high pressuredemand.The last, this paper has built a mathematical model for the problem about sealing leakagecaused by sealing gap, also a curve about the relation of leakage coefficient and the seal gapare got by using the simulink module of Matlab, showing that seal gap is the first element ofultra-high pressure seal. |
