With the rapid development of the innovation opening and modermization of china,the automotive industry has became a pillar industry of China,especially with the plan of big open up in china bring into effect ,the engineering machine has already shown egregious power .for example ,together exertion of grab ,loading and bulldozer just success the grandness engineering as the same as water and electricity in SANXIA, engine is the heart of the vehicle,and cooling system is an important part of the engine. The performance of the cooling system not only affects engine’s fuel economy and mission,but also the engine’s reliability.With the development of the cooling system,the requirements for engin eradiator are becoming more and more stricter.On the premise that a radiator has adequate cooling capacity and strength,it should be smaller,more lightweight and efficient.In this thesis,the performances of the three radiators are compared through experimental study.The three radiators are a pipe and cingulum copper radiator, an original copper radiator,a pipe and cingulum aluminium radiator.The results show that the performance of a pipe and cingulum copper radiator is the best,and the performance of an original copper radiator is the worst;With the check up of the experimental results of the fin-tubular radiator,confirming a pipe and cingulum copper radiator can be used in the engineering machine;The technical parameters of the fan to match the new radiator arebrought forward through calculation.
