There are many factors that affected the durability of concrete structures. The most previous researches focused on concrete materials in atmospheric environment, chloride environment, freezing thawing cycles, and dry-wet alternation, few of them considered load factors, which aiming at conformation is less. Based on the existing durability researches of concrete structure, the paper reasonable durability design and the fatigue life prediction model of concrete bridge deck, and do some correlation analysis. In details, the following aspects are investigated:1. Summarizing research situation of concrete structure and concluding durability diseases of bridge decks throught mass investigation, then get the necessity and feasibility of study.2. The full-scale model and submodel will establish in ANSYS software. According to principle of evaluating reasonable structure, etc stress smoothness, transfiguration mellifluence, concrete and reinforcement work together well; the paper studies the cross-section and reinforcement of decks, puts forward waterproofing measures of decks.3. Combining the existing durability theory of concrete structure, the paper evaluates durability lifetime of decks under the wheel load, and analyses the impact of cover thickness, bar diameter, concrete strength and thickness of decks in general atmospheric environment and chloride ions.4. The fatigue damage life assessment of RC decks was investigated using the fourth fatigue loading mode of Eurocode.4. Based on the theory of cumulative fatigue damage, the paper puts forward the fatigue life prediction model of decks under the wheel loads and S-N curve of concrete bridge deck. The model took into account the anti-fatigue effect of distribution reinforced and concrete. Then the paper compares the differences of standard fatigue vehicles in British BS5400, Eurocode and the United States AASHTO. In the last, the paper researches the impact of overloading to bridge decks service life. It should be strictly punish the vehicles that overload more than 20%.
