As the closing of the decisive battle of the three years in Heilongjiang province highway construction, highway transportation enterprises obtained the fast development in Heilongjiang province, highway transport capacity gradually emerges, highway use, maintenance, and to build business also obtained the corresponding development, technology is becoming more and more mature, but some traffic shippers for one-sided pursuit of personal interests, and development of automobile manufacturing technology in today’s society there are still some limitations, highway overloaded cars, heavy vehicles load with the development of traffic are also increased year by year, contrary to the way of cannot recover damage roads and Bridges. In Heilongjiang province actual situation of the five highway axle load survey for the data base, to 20 m reinforced concrete simply-supported slabs and small box girder bridge as the research object, based on the fatigue damage of the reinforced concrete beam and nonlinear fatigue cumulative damage theory, analyzed the high speed of the traffic load on the structure fatigue cumulative damage, and the structure fatigue life was calculated. On the observed data of the overload vehicles from Heilongjiang province highway of common reinforced concrete beam bridge fatigue damage was studied, got the following results:(1) According to multiple highways in Heilongjiang province through the freight vehicle type, type of axle and axle load data of various highway axle-load distribution spectrum, build can be used to calculate the traffic load spectrum of bridge structure fatigue damage.(2) In the use of Midas civil calendar stress analysis module to simulate the actual vehicle load spectrum in each car separate effect on the stress impact of simply supported girder bridge; Using the Matlab acquisition can represent the random distribution function vehicle random walking over the bridge of the random traffic load spectrum; Calculate the actual situation of the highway traffic simply supported slabs of concrete and simply supported box girder fatigue effect.(3) In keeping the fatigue damage rate is the most close to 1 case calculation can represent various highway bridge fatigue damage equivalent fatigue, and calculate the highway concrete simply supported slabs and small simply-supported box girders of fatigue life.
