The Rubber Dam is a structure, which is lower than the water and blocks the river to keep off the water, it has many advantages such as low-costing, having no effect towards flood passage, a simple structure, short construction-period, and easy to manage, etc. It has benn widely used in the fields of Water conservation, water and electricity, water transportation, etc. Fousing on Weifang Weihe,this article is going to he following works:Based on the investigations of the conditions of the source of water and of Hydraulic engineeringin weifang, this papter is going to talk about the necessities of Hydraulic engineering in Wei River Valley; Taking the rubber dam of Mountain Zuo as an example, this paper is going to choose the address of the Rubber Dam after having an analysis of the terrain, landform, hydrological data.This paper contrasts and chooses the rubber dam project from the investment,the project management, the construction simple degree and the mediation control four aspects,It has generalized analysis about the rubber dam project’s overall and the main detailing, as well as aspects of economy, environment and conservation of water and soil.
