The purpose of the test was to make better use of the calcium nutrition andmaximize the value of the branches and leaves of Cerasus humilis. The nutrient in thebranches and leaves of Cerasus humilis were determined, using the method fordetermination of nutritional indexes. As a result of the experiment, the water contentwas62.0600%in the leaves of Cerasus humilis, chlorophyll content was27.0269mg/g, soluble sugar content was1.9335%, starch content was3.4294%, protein contentwas0.5020mg/g, amino acid content was1.2003mg/g, fat content was1.3833%,calcium content was67.1771mg/g;The water content was40.8900%in the phloemof Cerasus humilis, chlorophyll content was25.8961mg/g, soluble sugar content was0.5609%, starch content was3.4223%, protein content was1.5020mg/g, amino acidcontent was1.6541mg/g, fat content was1.3820%, calcium content was86.5594mg/g; The water content was25.6100%in the Phloem moisture of Cerasushumilis, chlorophyll content was10.4250mg/g, soluble sugar content was0.3480%,starch content was3.6811%, protein content was0.0670mg/g, amino acid contentwas1.7252mg/g, fat content was0.7281%, calcium content was28.892mg/g.The extraction conditions of the water soluble calcium in the branches andleaves of Cerasus humilis were discussed with the methods of orthogonal and uniformdesign. The extraction rate influenced by different extraction conditions was studied. The results showed that, the order of the factors that affected water soluble calciumextraction rate in the leaves of Cerasus humilis was the extraction time in microwave, extraction time in water, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extraction temperature in water, the highest extraction rate was54.7200%, the dissolution of calcium was36.7626mg/g; the order of the factors that affected water soluble calcium extraction rate in thephloem of Cerasus humilis was the extraction temperature in water, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extraction time in water, the extraction time in microwave, the highestextraction rate was82.0100%, the dissolution of calcium was75.0028mg/g; Theorder of the water soluble calcium extraction rate in the xylem of Cerasus humilis wasthe extraction time in microwave, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extractingtemperature in water, the extracting time in water, the highest extraction rate was82.0100%, the dissolution of calcium was23.6929mg/g.The optimal conditions of extraction in the leaves of Cerasus humilis weredetermined that the extraction time in microwave was4mins, the extraction time inwater was6h, the extraction temperature in water was100℃, the ratio of solid toliquid was1:50. The optimal conditions of extraction in the phloem of Cerasus humiliswere determined that the extraction time in microwave was6mins, the extraction timein water was5h, the extraction temperature in water was70℃, the ratio of solid toliquid was1:10. The optimal conditions of extraction in the xylem of Cerasus humiliswere determined that the extraction time in microwave was2mins, the extraction timein water was7h, the extraction temperature in water was60℃, the ratio of solid toliquid was1:20.
