| Cerasus humilis has high planting potential due to its many advantages such as cold resistance,drought resistance,disease and insect resistance,and multiple processing characteristics of leaves and fruits.At present,China’s research on the water demand law,nutrient demand regularity,water and fertilizer integration and high quality cultivation in semi-arid areas is still in its infancy.Through field experiment and indoor analysis,this experiment explores the law of fertilizer demand and water demand in Europe,formulates scientific and rational fertilization and water-saving irrigation system,promotes the utilization of fertilizer and water in the production process of Eurasian,reduces production cost and improves Cerasus humilis.Production,improve the quality of the Cerasus humilis,and promote the healthy development of the Cerasus humilis industry.The main findings are as follows:(1)According to the law of dry matter and nutrient accumulation,the demand for nutrients in different tissues and organs of Cerasus humilis is different.Among them,the content of NPK in the leaves and stems of the plants increased first and then decreased.The distribution rule of NPK is leaf>stem,which indicates that in the pruning of Eucalyptus,it can be used to prevent excessive vegetative growth of fruit trees.Nitrogen>potassium>phosphorus in leaves and stems during the whole growth period,the content of NPK in leaf and petiole decreased at maturity,indicating that some nutrients in leaves and stems were in other organs of plants during maturity.Transfer.The potassium content in the fruit during the color change period and the ripening period increased rapidly,and the potassium fertilizer was applied in advance from the fruit expansion period to the color conversion period,which not only satisfies the growth demand of potassium and the quality of the berry.(2)Different nutrient elements have different effects on the comprehensive effect of Eurasian plum.For the same nutrient element,the fruit growth characteristics,quality and yield increase with the increase of fertilizer application amount within a certain fertilization range,and increase to the peak and then decrease.It indicated that the excessive application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium could inhibit the growth of Eucalyptus.Under the condition of drip irrigation,the application rate of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was 18.93 kg/667m2,5.31 kg/667m2 and 8.15 kg/667m2,respectively.(3)When the application rates of NPK fertilizer were 12 kg/667m2,8 kg/667m2,6 kg/667m2,the comprehensive quality of Cerasus humilis fruit was the best.Compared with CK,the soluble sugar content increased by 120.17%and 71.34%,respectively.579.16%;vitamin C content increased by 4.19 times,3.12 times,2.88 times;titratable acid decreased by 29.74%,13.04%,29.74%;tannin content decreased by 53.60%,43.75%,63.19%;soluble solids increased by 39.78%48.38%,39.78%.(4)The two-year-old Cerasus humilis in the whole growth period,the soil moisture changes in different soil layers are basically the same,the soil moisture content in the 0-60 cm soil layer changes more obviously,and the soil moisture content is the largest in the 40-60 cm soil layer.The soil water content of 40-60 cm soil layer varies from 6.54%to 18.23%.(5)The optimum soil water content of annual sandy seedlings was 80%±5%of the field water holding capacity.Under the water supply conditions,the water use efficiency of Eucalyptus seedlings was the highest,and the seedling growth was the best.The total water requirement per plant growth period was 382.9 ml/plant,and the monthly water requirement was 40.30 ml,83.26 ml,97.96 ml,92.40 ml,and 68.98 ml from 10 days after emergence. |
