In recent years, With the continued enhancement of people ’s environmentalawareness, the industrial pollution has been attracted widespread attention. However,in the field of agriculture, With the development of modern agricultural technology,especially with the widespread use of pesticides,the pesticide waste pollution hasgradually replaced the industrial "three wastes" to be the largest source of pollution.Meanwhile,due to the lack of awareness of agricultural non-point pollution,coupledwith the lack of farmers’ environmental awareness,agricultural pollution has become atop priority of the current environmental governance. The random dispose of pesticidewaste,not only pollute the environment,but also brought a lot of security risks tohumans and animals.In the business activities of the enterprise,the logistics is a key link to ensure thenormal operation. Raw materials procurement,distribution,configuration of thefinished product and the product distribution of market access, will depend on theefficient operation of the logistics system. Not only that, the returned of product, therepairing of defective product, as well as end-of-life product recycling and etc, the useof enterprise logistics applications are also very common.Beacuse the latter comes tothe return,repair and recovery of business products and services,so it is completelydifferent to the forward logistics in management path and requirements, It thereforebeen defined as reverse logistics.The reverse logistics refers to the process of productfrom the downstream members of the supply chain back to the hands of the upstreammember. With the increasing scale of products return,the returning costs continue torise,the importance of reverse logistics system become more obviously.By the study ofreverse logistics system,building efficient reverse logistics network in the use ofscientific methods,can effectively reduce the operating costs of the reverse logisticssystem.China is a large agricultural country, the use of pesticides is very large, the waste generated by the use of pesticides has created a significant impact for human life andthe ecological environment.Therefore,the pesticide waste recycling draw more andmore attention, which makes the pesticide waste reverse logistics has become a focusof attention. In this paper,the article is on the basis of previous research in reverselogistics operation,combine of the pesticide waste reverse logistics operationproject——Cooperation of China and German in pesticide waste management project,to make the discussing of the pesticide waste reverse logistics connotation, operationmode, and the building of the resever logistics model.The first chapter of the article has make a simple introduction of thebackground,significance and the framework of this paper,explain the underlyingassumptions. The second chapter is to sort out the previous achievements in the field ofreverse logistics, make an overview of the connotation of reverse logistics type,subject and mode, to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of pesticide wastereverse logistics.The third chapter focuses on the the ideas and methods of buildingreverse logistics model. Discusses the problem to be solved by the reverse logisticsmodel based on the integrated previous research,and introduces several commonreverse logistics network model construction method. The fourth chapter introduces thereverse logistics system in Germany,describing the DSD system and PAMIRAsystem,and make the analysis of the operation of the differences between the twosystem,and then the content,operational status and existence problems of cooperationof China and German in Pesticide waste management projects are to be analyzed.Thefifth chapter is base on the the reverse logistics theoretical research and case studies,toanalysis and summary the connotation and operation mode of pesticide waste reverselogistics, put forward the operational modalities and mechanisms of pesticide wastereverse logistics at present stage. And then use the MILP for the building of the reseverlogistics model in Wuxue for the recycling of pesticide waste, to verify the Feasibilityof MILP in the operation of the reverse logistics of agricultural products, and finallygive strategies to the operation of pesticide waste reverse logistics. Finally, the course of the study are summarized,and the shortcoming and direction for future research arespecified.
