This experiment was to study the feasibility the optimum adding amount of citrulline regulation Arginine Nutrition in suckling piglets.Selection six (Landrace×Yorkshire) sows of test species, the same parity, the production of similar litter size between 10~12,then selection five of weight difference was not significant piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were randomly divided into five groups, each group of six pigs,in four days after the piglets born.Each treatment group to add citrulline levels were as follows: to 0mg (control group), 200mg (groupⅠ), 240mg (groupⅠ), 290mg (groupⅢ) and 340mg of (test groupⅢ)a day per kilogram of body weight. Pre~test period of three days , Experimental period from suckling piglets piglets seventh day to the 21 days, the total of 14 days; The results showed that:1 The effect of Add different citrulline levels on growth performance of pigs: there is significant in each group between piglet weight and average daily gain of7~14 days,theⅠⅡandⅢgroups compared with control group kept an upward trend; 14~21piglets ADG groupⅢwas82.75% significant higher than control group( P < 0.05), 7~21piglets ADG groupⅢwas35.10% were extremely significant differences ( P < 0.01).2 The effect of Add different citrulline levels on internal organs in pigs: the index of thymus and spleen: Test group thymus index and spleen index were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), thymus index higher 36.36%than control group, spleen index were 15.38%higher than the control group,the rest of the group and the control group was not significant (P>0.05); Test II, III in the small intestine index were higher than the control group5.31% (P<0.05),12.66% (P<0.05)the stomach index, kidney index and cardiac index among the groups, the difference was not significant (P>0.05).3 The effect of add different citrulline levels of immune parameters in piglets: Test group IgG, IgM, IgA three indicators were significantly higher than control group and I, IV group (P<0.05), respectively, 8.37%,22.58% and18.63% higher than control group;there are not significant with (P>0.05) between control group and testⅠ,IV group, there are significant differences of IgG between groupⅡ, III,there was not significant (P>0.05)of IgM, IgA between groupⅡ, III.4 The effect of add different citrulline levels of blood biochemical parameters in piglets: Total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphatase of groupⅢwere higher than control group (P<0.05), respectively22.84%,29.50%, and 10.98%higher than control group; blood urea nitrogen, blood glucose and blood ammonia of groupⅢwere lower than control group 19.78% (P<0.05),62% (P<0.05) and25.76% (P<0.05);there was not significant (P>0.05) alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the control group and experimental group.5 The effect of add different citrulline levels of the blood hormone levels in piglets: In the test of growth hormone of group II, III was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) respectively increased by 45.21% and71.23%, group I, IV and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05); the serum insulin of every group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05); group II was 30.18% lower than the control group (P<0.01), the rest of the experimental group were no significant differences (P>0.05).6 The villus duodenal length of each experimental group has significant differences (P<0.05) than the control group;The duodenal crypt depth there was no differences significant (P>0.05) between groupⅢand control group;The different was significant (P <0.05) between groupⅢduodenal villus height /crypt depth and control group, the rest of the experimental group and control group difference was not significant (P>0.05);The jejunum villi length was no significant different (P>0.05);The groupⅢempty crypt depth was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);The groupⅢjejunum villus height / crypt depth was high14.78%(P<0.05);The villi length of groupⅣwas high 21.72% (P<0.05)than control group.7 The effect of add different citrulline levels of kidney arginine succinate synthase activity and expression in piglets: group II, III were higher than that of control group13.64% (P<0.05)and30.37% (P<0.05);there was nosignificant different between groupⅣand control group.8 The effect of add different citrulline levels of serum amino acid in piglets: Arginine content of groupⅢwas higher 24.60%than control group had significant difference (P<0.05), there was no significant difference ( P>0.05)between group IIIand group IV; there was no significant difference (P>0.05) of His between every test and control group, group IV was higher than control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05)between group and control grouptest group there was no significant difference (P>0.05)between group III and IVgroup.From the above results show that:add citrulline can promoted the growth, improve the suckling piglets immunity,enhance the gastrointestinal function of piglets, improve the activity of ASS integrated each index reaches 7~21day-old piglets citrulline was added to290mg / Kg / d was the most suitable.
