| To study the suitable adding amount of arginine on performance, immune performance and gastrointestinal development of Neonatal Pigs.10 nest sows (Landrace×Yorkshire) with similar lying-in , near litter size(10-12), and similar parity were selected.5 piglets (4 days old) were selected in per litter and randomly divided into 5 groups (n=10), according to the additive amount of arginine, control group(0 mg/kg/d), experimentâ… g roup (125 mg/kg/d), experimentâ…¡group (250 mg/kg/d)and experimentâ…¢group (375 mg/kg/d), experimentâ…£group (500 mg/kg/d). The results showed that:(1)Feeding trial: After feeding 17days During 14 to 21 days,the weight of experimentâ… ,â…¡,â…¢were increased 0.32%(P>0.05),3.97%(P<0.05),3.02%(P<0.05) and 2.38%(P<0.05)than control group; During 7 to 21 days The average daily gains of experiment groups were increased2.00%(P<0.05),7.06%(P<0.05),5.65%and 2.79%(P>0.05) than control group.(2)Blood hormone indicators:The growth hormone of experimental groups were increased4.03%(P>0.05),28.23%(P<0.05),22.58%(P>0.05) and 14.52%(P>0.05) than the control group;the insulin of experimental groups were increased 0.95%(P>0.05),4.68%(P<0.05),5.25%(P<0.05) and 1.33%(P>0.05)than the control group.(3)Blood index: The contents of albumin,total protein and the activities of GoT in experimental groups were higher than the control group(P>0.05),The activities of alkaline phosphotases and GPT in experimental groups significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The blood ammonia of arginine add groups Significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05) The urea content of arginine add groups lower than the control group(P>0.05).(4) Amino acids index: The contents of arginine in experimental groups were increased 6.21%(P>0.05),17.74%(P<0.05),23.25%(P<0.05)and 26.88%(P<0.05)than the control group;The contents of Lysine and histidine were no significant difference compared with control group. (P > 0.05).(5) Blood immune indicators: The contents of IgA in treatment groups were higher22.86%,33.33%,58.10% and 33.33% than control group(P<0.05);The contents of IgM in treatment groups were no significant difference (P>0.05).compared with control group(P>0.05);The contents of IgG in treatment groups were Significantly higher 8.10%,11.11%,17.68% and 6.06% than control group(P<0.05).(6)Visceral organs index :The Lactation piglets (21d) was slaughtered,the heart, liver, gastrointestinal, kidney, lung, spleen, the thymus was taked weight. The weights relative to body weight of intestine and stomachof treatment groups,were no significant difference compared with control group (P>0.05), The weights relative to body weight of liver , heart , kidney , spleen and lung of arginine add groups were no significant difference compared with control group (P>0.05).(7)Digestive tract development :The villi height and fossae depth ( duodenal) of treatment groups is no significant difference (P > 0.05). compared with control group. TheV/C(duodena) of treatment groups were increased 10.07%(P>0.05),20.25%(P<0.05),16.42%(P<0.05)and4.48%(P>0.05) than ontrol group,The villi height (jejunum) of treatment groups were higher 1.31%(P>0.05),12.55%(P<0.05), 9.64%(P>0.05) and 11.95%(P<0.05) than the control group. The fossae depth and V/C (jejunum)of treatment groups were no significant difference (P > 0.05)compared with control group. The villi height, fossae depth and V/C (ileum) of treatment groups were no significant difference (P > 0.05) compared with control group.The test results show that: by adding a certain level of arginine can promote the growth of piglets, enhance immunity, improve mammalian piglets piglet gastrointestinal function, Our results suggested that 250mg/kg/d arginine supp lementation is p roper for 7-21d old piglets. |
