According to the diversity formula to calculate theShannon-Wiener index, Pielou evenness index and Simpsondominance index of the soil animals,in pesticides and heavy metalscontaminated area, With the survey to the community structure of thesoil animals in Contaminated area, to explore the communitystructure characteristics of the soi animals and responses toenvironmental stress in pesticides and heavy metals contaminatedarea, for the development of biological soil quality monitoringmethods and clarify the ecological responses of the soil animals toenvironmental stress, provide a scientific basis for the mechanism.Through the trial of a suburban transportation hub dominantwinddirection around the cultivated areas downwind in Linfen inShanxi Province, from the pollution source 50m, 100m, 200m, 300m,500m, 1000m and 2000m, with 7samplings. In each sample areamining 100×100cm2soil, collect all the soil of large, medium and small soil animals, and the classification and identification to the Bureau ofStatistics.Through set 7 different sampling areas on the surroundingfarmland by a pesticide plant in Yongji City, Yuncheng in ShanxiProvince (100m from the source, respectively, for the first samplingarea;200m for the second sampling area;300m for the third samplingarea; 500m for the fourth sampling area; 800m for the fifth samplingarea;1200m for the sixth sampling area;2000m for the seventhsampling area), according to the 0-5cm,5-10cm,10-15cm,15-20cm and20-30cm, with a ring cutter stratified sampling, separate and extractthe soil animals, classificate and identificate the soil animals to theBureau of Statistics. The results showed that: in different levels heavy metal pollutionareas, the Shannon-Wiener index of the sixth sampling areasignificantly higher than the other sampling areas(P<0.05), the firstsampling area was significantly lower than other samplingareas(P<0.05), the third sampling area, the fourth sampling area andthe fifth sampling area were not significantly different (P>0.05), theother sampling area were significant difference (P<0.05).The Pielouevenness index in every district was no significant differencebetween(P>0.05). The Simpson dominance index of the sixthsampling area significantly higher than the other sampling areas, the first sampling area and the third sampling area were no significantdifference(P>0.05), the second sampling area and the fourth samplingarea were no significant difference (P>0.05), the other sample areaswere Significant differences (P<0.05).In different levels pesticide contamination areas, theShannon-Wiener index of the third sampling area and the fourthsampling area were not significant difference (P>0.05), the othersignificant areas were significant difference (P<0.05). the Pielouevenness index of the first sampling area and the second samplingarea was not significant difference (P>0.05), the third sampling areaand the fourth sampling area were no significant difference (P>0.05),the fifth sampling area、the sixth sampling area and the seventhsampling area were no significant difference (P>0.05). the othersampling areas were significant differences(P<0.05). the Simpsondominance index of the third sampling area and the fourth samplingarea were no significant difference (P>0.05), the fifth sampling area、the sixth sampling area and the seventh sampling area were nosignificant difference (P>0.05). the other sampling areas weresignificant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: With increasing distance from the source, thedistribution number of soil animals in this region increased regularly,in which dominant groups> common groups> rarely groups. With the mitigation of pesticide pollution, the Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index and Simpson dominance index of soil animalsin various pesticide contamination areas increasing regularly, but theSimpson dominance index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index andPielou uniform Index showed a negative correlation.
