This study uses maize straw as raw material, fermentated by microorganism after crushed,then add in saline soil to cultivate wheat, combine with wheat growth-promoting rhizobacteria,using orthogonal design two times of pot experiment in different conditions. Determinationthe index of wheat growth and the change of soil properties, selection can not only promotethe growth of wheat and improve saline soil properties of the compost formula and cultivationconditions. Considering the results of the two pot experiment, design the field test, obtained asuitable method which can both suitable for wheat growth, and can improve the soilproperties.The final compost formula conditions filtered by the pot experiment is: microbialdegradation of bacteria5and6, bacteria strain capacity8mL (concentration of about5×107/mL), nutrient solution for the NH4NO34.8g, KH2PO41.5g, KCl0.6g, ZnSO4·7H2O0.08g, Ca(NO32·4H2O3g, MgSO4·7H2O1g, FeSO4·7H2O0.5g, Disodium EDTA(EDTA-2Na)0.6g, KI0.2g, MnSO40.1g, CuSO40.01g, CoCl20.01g, boric acid0.03g,sodium molybdate0.01g, d H2O370mL; pH neutral or alkaline.The final cultivation conditions filtered by the pot experiment are: straw powderfermentated of10d, C/N is30:1, fermented straw powder and soil ratio of1:5, rhizospheregrowth-promoting bacteria is B21; straw powder fermentated of15d, C/N is15:1, fermentedstraw powder and soil ratio of1:5, rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria is B81.The final formula which can both suitable for wheat growth, and can improve the soilproperties by field experiment is: the bacteria is mixed No.5and No.6, degrade bacteriaquantity is5mL/100g, C/N is15:1, straw powder is0.6kg/m2, wheat growth-promotingrhizobacteria is mixed B21and B81.
