The purpose of this study is to give the main shrubs biomass model of broad-leaved Korean pine forest, to give the reference of carbon sink; Evaluation of biomass distribution in broad-leaved Korean pine forest in different succession stages; the relationship of biomass distribution and regeneration. In this article, the nested regression method was used to establish biomass model of main shrub species (in25kinds) of changbai mountain in broad-leaved Korean pine forest; we analysed the biomass allocation features in different succession stages, combined with sample survey data and literature in the trees biomass model; we analysed the influence of shrub biomass to the regeneration by biological diversity index and ecological dominance index. The biomass of shrub layer in secondary and primary are6.3t· hm-2and9.6t· hm-2,respectively. The leaf area index is1.492and1.966respectively. The relationship of biomass and basical diameter can be well described with allometric equation, the leaf area index and the biomass of secondary shrub are less than that in primary shrub; the regeneration of secondary is better than that in primary.
